How can I retrieve the login to my Virtual/Dedicated Server?


When a new server is provisioned, the "root" or "Administrator" password is stored within the customer portal.  You should have secure and direct access to this at all times.


In order to retrieve the password for your server, login to your MySAU portal, and browse to:

Products -> My Products



Then click on the name of the product in question (Note: you may have more than one)




This page should give you various information about your Server or Product, including IP address, etc.

Scroll all the way to the bottom and click:



This will display the login details for your server.  For Linux servers, the username is typically "root", and for Windows servers the username is typically "Administrator"
