Staying alert and updated on your services is important, and that’s why we are excited to show you our Status System which gives you greater flexibility on how you stay up to date with our scheduled maintenance and unplanned outages.

Our new status system allows you to maintain your own subscription settings without the need to contact us to make changes for you.

Highlights about our Status notification system;

  • Easy to use portal with a clean streamlined look and feel.
  • Keep updated in real-time on affected services.

 

Subscribe an email address to the SAU Status notification system;

  1. Click here https://status.mysau.com.au/ to open a new window
  2. After the page loads, you will have a Subscribe button at the top right corner
  3. Click on Subscribe and follow the prompts.

 

Manage an existing Email subscribed to the status system;

  1. Click here https://status.mysau.com.au/ to open a new window
  2. After the page loads, you will have a Subscribe button at the top right corner
  3. Click on Subscribe, locate the text 'Manage Existing Subscription' and click on it (This will change the options to manage your subscription)
  4. Enter the email address associated with the subscription and click 'Manage Subscription'
  5. The following text will appear "A link to manage your subscription has been emailed to you"
  6. Click on the link in the email, a browser window will open and display your subscription settings allowing you to edit your subscription.
  7. To save the changes made, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on Save Subscription'

 

Unsubscribe from receiving notifications;

  1. Click here https://status.mysau.com.au/ to open a new window
  2. After the page loads, you will have a Subscribe button at the top right corner
  3. Click on Subscribe, locate the text 'Manage Existing Subscription' and click on it (This will change the options to manage your subscription)
  4. Enter the email address associated with the subscription and click 'Manage Subscription'
  5. The following text will appear "A link to manage your subscription has been emailed to you"
  6. Click on the link in the email, a browser window will open and display your subscription.
  7. Scroll down to the bottom of the page, click "unsubscribe" and follow the prompts
