How to disable monthly account summary reporting preferences

Each month you will receive an account summary that lists such details as:

  • Your current authorised contacts
  • Details of current products and services, as well as any cancellation requests
  • Domain registrations, including any upcoming renewals

If you would like to stop receiving these summaries, please:

  1. log into the customer portal at mysau.com.au using a registered email address and password
     

  2. Select 'Change My Details' under the Account tab 

      

  3. Under the Other Details section, select either 'Monthly' or 'Disabled' for Regular Account Summaries to change your current preferences.
