Each month you will receive an account summary that lists such details as:
- Your current authorised contacts
- Details of current products and services, as well as any cancellation requests
- Domain registrations, including any upcoming renewals
If you would like to stop receiving these summaries, please:
- log into the customer portal at mysau.com.au using a registered email address and password
- Select 'Change My Details' under the Account tab
- Under the Other Details section, select either 'Monthly' or 'Disabled' for Regular Account Summaries to change your current preferences.
