How to set up service notifications in the customer portal

When you have an account with Servers Australia, you can easily nominate to receive notifications pertinent to areas of our services.

To set up these notifications, log into the customer portal (www.mysau.com.au), then access the Notification Preferences page under the Account tab:

 

Once in the Notification Preferences page, you will see a page like this:

To get notifications on a specific service, simply drag a light blue tag from 'Available tags' into the area below 'Subscribed Tags'.

To get notifications on all services in a specific location, simply drag the dark blue tag from 'Available tags' into the area below 'Subscribed Tags'.

In the example below, notifications for the following services have been selected:

  • All services located in Melbourne
  • Sydney - Dedicated Servers
  • Sydney - Network
  • Sydney - Virtual Servers
