How to manage incident and maintenance notifications

The MySAU status page allows you can easily manage your subscription for notifications that are relevant to your services. If you no longer want to receive any notifications, you can easily unsubscribe at any time.

Subscribe to Notifications

  1. Visit the MySAU status page - status.mysau.com.au
  2. In the top right hand corner, click the "Subscribe" button.
  3. Choose your notification type (eg: Email), enter your details (eg: Email address), and then click "Subscribe"
  4. You will receive a confirmation email - make sure you click the confirmation link within 15 minutes to complete the subscription!

Manage an existing Notification Subscription

  1. Visit the MySAU status page - status.mysau.com.au
  2. In the top right hand corner, click the "Subscribe" button.
  3. Click "Manage Existing Subscription"
  4. Enter the email address you originally subscribed with, and click "Manage Subscription"
  5. You will be emailed a link to manage your existing subscription - make sure you click this link within 15 minutes!
  6. Now you can manage and configure your notification preferences.

 

Unsubscribe from all Notifications

  1. Visit the MySAU status page - status.mysau.com.au
  2. In the top right hand corner, click the "Subscribe" button.
  3. Click "Manage Existing Subscription"
  4. Enter the email address you originally subscribed with, and click "Manage Subscription"
  5. You will be emailed a link to manage your existing subscription - make sure you click this link within 15 minutes!
  6. From this link, scroll down to the bottom of the page, and click "Unsubscribe"
  7. You are now unsubscribed from all incident and maintenance notifications.
