Accessing, Deleting, or Restoring a file from Quarantine in CXS


While CXS is really good at locating files, sometimes it may have false-positives located within scan and quarantine actions.

** For users with Root Access Only **

In order to restore the files, you can use the below method.

Locate the Plugin within WHM.

Choose the Quarantine Option when within the plugin configuration.

Login to the Quarantine Directory, by clicking on View Quarantine

Select a user, and then click on "View Quarantine User"

On the next page, you will find a list of files which have been caught, and can be restored. You can select them on the right, and also select the View / Restore / Delete Options.

You can also do mass-restore, and delete on multiple files by using the select boxes.
