For our Hosted Exchange System, you will have the following DNS records which will need to be setup for your domain.

There are some Records which will differ, depending on whether you have a related Spam Filtering Service Enabled.

If you have a spam filtering service enabled, your DNS records will be

mail 14400 IN CNAME owa.servercontrol.com.au.
@ 14400 IN TXT "v=spf1 a mx include:_spf.servercontrol.com.au ~all"
@ 14400 IN MX 10 mx1.servercontrol.com.au.
@ 14400 IN MX 20 mx2.servercontrol.com.au.
_autodiscover._tcp 14400 IN CNAME _autodiscover._tcp.owa.servercontrol.com.au.

If you are not utilising a spam Filtering Service with us, you will need to use the below DNS Records

mail 14400 IN CNAME owa.servercontrol.com.au.
@ 14400 IN TXT "v=spf1 a mx include:_spf.servercontrol.com.au ~all"
@ 14400 IN MX 10 owa.servercontrol.com.au.
_autodiscover._tcp 14400 IN CNAME _autodiscover._tcp.owa.servercontrol.com.au.

NOTE: In above examples, @ stands for your domain name for standard BIND installations. Eg you would have to use domain.name. instead of @
