How do I add an Authorized Contact for Support in MySAU

 

Log into the MySAU Portal

Hover over ' Account ' and select ' Authorised Contacts '

Select ' Create Contact '

Fill in the Required Fields and tick ' Receive support via email '

If you wish your contact to have a login to the portal, tick ' Sub Account '. Here you can configure the permissions and menu items the contact will be able to view

Now Click ' Create '
