SSH Access is generally only provided if the following conditions are met.
The user requesting access;
- Must be on a paid account, such as Business Shared Hosting, or Reseller Shared Hosting.
- Must be on a static IP at their location of accessing, thus being able to be whitelisted in the firewall. We do not open SSH ports to all IP's for security reasons. You can obtain your IP using http://myip.mysau.com.au if unsure.
- SSH can only be accessed on Port 2929 on a default setup.
NB: Virtual, or Dedicated customers are able to override these rules if needed.
If you meet the conditions above, you are able to submit a request to enable SSH on your account using a ticket, or by emailing email@example.com
