Elastix Configuration Example

Below is an example of Asterisk TRUNK configuration, when utilising Elastix PBX, when connecting to Servers Australia "VOIPNOW" solution.

The Configuration is valid when adding a SIP Trunk within the Basic -> Trunks configuration within Elastix.

In the below examples, <userid> stands for your extension number (example 10043850001), and <password> stands for the password configured on the extension.

Ensure you have "A PBX is connected to this extension" ticked within the "Provisioning and SIP" configuration.

PEER DETAILS:

fromuser=<userid>
host=sip.nsw.voipnetworks.net.au
secret=<password>
canreinvite=yes

USER Context: <userid>

USER DETAILS:

secret=<password>
